Motorcycle Technician

At NT Motorcycle Centre we are seeking out the perfect candidate to join our service team full time and experience working with Brands such as Harley-Davidson, Suzuki, Polaris, KTM, Husqvarna, Vespa, Triumph and Stark.


The type of person we are seeking:

  • Preferably have relevant Motorcycle Mechanic experience/qualifications.
  • Have your own tools and hold a current motorcycle drivers’ licence.
  • Be reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and be team orientated
  • A forklift licence preferred but not required

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Servicing and repairing new and used motorcycles in a timely manner
  • The ability to diagnose, dismantle and remove all types of faults/issues
  • Ensuring workshop safety is maintained including maintaining a clean and tidy workstation and use of PPE
  • Test ride motorcycles adhering to our company guidelines.
  • Test and adjust mechanical parts after being repaired.
  • Completion of repair orders for all duties completed including warranty work and Insurance work.
  • Other duties as required.

Sales Assistant – Parts & Accessories

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in the Parts & Accessories Department at the NT Motorcycle Centre. Full-time or part-time hours are available for the right candidate.

As a Customer Sales & Service Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers with their motorcycle and ATV parts and accessories needs.
  • Answering phone and online enquires with professionalism and good manners,
  • Providing genuine service and building strong customer relationships.
  • Using your customer service skills to help drive sales performance.
  • Keeping our showroom looking its best with clean presentation and effective merchandising.
  • Handling stock: receiving, dispatching, and storing parts and accessories.
  • Being a cooperative, enthusiastic team member and contribution to a positive workplace culture.

This role can be physically active, so you’ll need to be comfortable with lifting and bending.

No motorcycle industry experience? No worries. We’re happy to train the right person, what matters most is a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
